Shipping Policy

Processing & Dispatch Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-4 business days of payment being received.

Delivery We ship all orders via Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked delivery. Once dispatched, you can expect your order to arrive within 2 business days, giving an estimated total delivery time of 4-6 business days from the date of your order.

Shipping Costs A flat shipping rate of £2.85 applies to all orders. Orders over £75 qualify for free delivery.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of placing your order, please contact us at email@siennanicole.co.uk and we'll look into it for you.
