We want you to love your jewellery! But if you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

If you'd like to return your item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

• Unworn
• In original packaging
• In the same condition you received them
• Once we receive the item back, we’ll issue a refund (excluding original shipping costs) within 5 working days.

Exchanges

Prefer something else? Let us know within 14 days and we’ll happily arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless they arrive faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us with a photo and description within 48 hours of receiving it. We’ll sort it out quickly—either with a replacement or a refund.

• Reason for return
