Returns & Refunds Policy

At Sienna Nicole Jewellery, your happiness with your purchase matters.

If something isn’t quite right, this policy explains how we handle returns.

Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a refund:

• Jewellery must be unworn and returned in its original packaging.

• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for a refund.

You are responsible for packaging the item securely.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.

Unwanted/Faulty or Damaged Items

If the piece isnt quite what you had in mind you have 14 days to contact us to start the returns process. 

In the unlikely event your jewellery arrives damaged or develops a fault within the first 30 days, please get in touch via email to start the returns procedure. 

After 30 days, we will repair faulty items or replace where possible.  If a repair or replacement is not suitable, a refund may be offered.  We do not repair damage to any items 6 months from your date of purchase. 

Any accidental damage incurred by the customer or through misuse cannot be repaired or replaced.  

Tarnishing is not a fault.  Apart from Solid Gold all other options can tarnish over time and Sterling Silver can also be prone to tarnishing.  We recommend avoiding contact with water, chemicals and other tarnish accelerating things, storing your jewellery correctly and rubbing with an appropriate jewellery cloth to keep it looking its best.

Exceptions:
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Personalised or custom-made items (e.g., engraved pieces) are also exempt from being returned unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Postage costs for returning unwanted items are the customer’s responsibility. If the item is faulty, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or style, please contact us via email.  The fatest way to do this is to request a refund within 14 days of purchase and once the return has been accepted, place a new order.
